Educational Programs

As part of the Youth Development Program we carry out in collaboration with the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG), we offer holistic educational programs that support the social, psychological, and professional development of young people.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

NATİV’s educational programs are structured within the framework of the Youth Development Program implemented in partnership with the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG). The program is built on a holistic model that addresses not only the academic achievements of young people, but also their social, psychological, and professional development.

The program content was shaped based on the findings of the “Needs Assessment of University Students” research conducted jointly by TOG and KONDA. The study revealed that young people need support not only as scholarships, but also in areas such as psychological resilience, mentorship, and career development. Accordingly, the program was designed as a needs-based and data-driven development model.

Within the scope of the program, training sessions are organized on topics including Stress and Emotion Management, Psychological Resilience, Self-Confidence and Self-Awareness Development, Effective Communication and Feedback, Teamwork, Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, and 21st Century Competencies. Delivered by expert trainers, these programs support young people in gaining self-awareness, building resilience, and starting their career journeys with greater confidence and preparedness.

NATİV’s educational programs are implemented with a focus on measurable outcomes, transparent processes, and sustainable impact, aiming to help young people become better prepared for both university life and their professional futures after graduation.
