Nigar-Ali Tiryakioğlu Foundation for Education, Science, and Health (“NATİV”) takes the highest level of security measures possible in order to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in compliance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Our purpose is to inform you in the most transparent way possible, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”) and in line with your satisfaction, regarding the methods of collection, purposes of processing, parties with whom your personal data is shared, legal grounds, and your rights.

This Privacy Notice includes our explanations regarding all personal data of website visitors that are processed by fully or partially automated means or non-automated means provided that they are part of a data recording system.

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698, your personal data will be collected and processed by Nigar-Ali Tiryakioğlu Foundation for Education, Science, and Health (“NATİV”), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

Your personal data may also be transferred abroad, provided that necessary security measures are taken, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
