Our Scholarship Programs

We implement a comprehensive development model that goes beyond financial support, empowering young people throughout their journey of self-development and personal growth.

As part of the Youth Development Program, we give scholarship to 185 students through the NATİV Stars and NATİV Vision Scholarship Programs carried out in collaboration with the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG), as well as through the Anatolian Scholarship Program we run together with Koç University.

In addition to financial support, scholars have access to various training programs, mentorship opportunities, and development initiatives that support career planning. Supporting young women studying in engineering and technology fields is embraced as a strategic priority in advancing gender equality.

Within the mentorship program, Tiryaki Agro executives come together with young people to provide guidance on career planning, access to professional networks, and role model support. Through inspirational gatherings, we also bring our students together with experienced professionals from diverse fields, helping them gain new perspectives and broaden their horizons.

We have designed NATİV’s scholarship model as a measurable and sustainable structure that combines financial support with social, professional, and personal development — and, ultimately, contributes to broader social progress. Our goal is to create opportunities for young people to grow into individuals who contribute to themselves, society, our country, and the world, while embracing the spirit of solidarity.
